That's not the issue.... its execution. That's been the main issue the whole time.
Tranche 2 should be passed in government in the next 12 months, if it does it opens every real estate agent lawyer etc in Australia as a potential client...

Its how they will sell it, what's the go to market strategy and how will they close the current pipeline and potential tranche 2 customers in an orderly short timeframe.

Its been disappointing but its not over yet. all that's happened today looks like 1 seller had enough it doesn't take much to drop this furthur buy side is thin
