From my enquiries it seems likely that the judgement will be handed down by the end of June which would of course conicide with end of financial year. I am sure there will be some renewed activity in CHM as the actual date approaches since someone is bound to get a "first sniff". Of course it will be another round of poker and the cry of "all in" as the day approaches. I wonder what the "river" card will be.
