This decision had to happen and as others have said it probably should have happened earlier.

Are the cuts big enough? Time will tell. There is a balance between cutting costs and damaging the ability of the business to keep growing and supporting existing customers. Given the recent quarterly losses they must be confident that their income is increasing at a decent clip. Otherwise the following statement doesn't make much sense:

"It will form a strong foundation for Dubber to become cashflow positive without utilising all existing cash reserves."

My view is that down the track current SP levels will be looked back upon as the time when people should have been buying this stock. But, I'm 80% underwater with this one and like all SH I want to see some improved quarterlies.
