Good find - thank you. I have been scouring online trying to find any tidbit of info.

The issue I have about this is THIS...THEY ARE GOING TO TELL INSTOS ABOUT THEIR FINANCIAL POSITION TODAY, which means they get inside info before we, the market does. They can't go begging for funds without you know, hush hush, here's our position we are going to have to announce.

So it's BS. They should drop the V and just call themselves BS, it would suit them better...I'm down $100K so yes, I have sour grapes and entitled to!

The strange thing is:
1. Directors buying shares recently
2. They have been paying down their debt over last 2 years substantially....and now asking for funds. Talk about cheeky ass***** ...instead of hitting up the bank, they hit us and instos for money...because we are interest free in a rising interest rate market. Yes it's a smart move, but if we don't participate, it costs us dilution and pretty sure we are all fairly diluted as is...that's if they even bother to allow us to participate, which seeing how we have been shoved out of closed doors, and are not privy to WTF is going on, it doesn't seem likely we are going to get a bite of the raising pie.

GLTAH, I can only hope and pray at this stage that this turns around or by some miracle there is some good news...which is so pathetic to be saying whilst drowning in a sea of falling knives!
