Not much deposit info except that it's sulphate and zircon. Mining so close to the beach is problematic in most countries and a non-starter in Australia these days. I can see why legislation limiting mining activities need to be repealed. The project owner looks a major player in Brazil mining, so maybe they have the political connections to make it happen. At least there is little people living on the leases from a quick Google maps. Too much a wind swept mobile dune sand for setting up camp. Not enough details to comment on the deposits beyond that...
