JB …the whole crux of an ASX announcement like today is the force of law now comes into play
Directors duties, company law as well as the threat of class actions hinge on any ASX announcement
Is SI telling ‘porkies’? ….if so he will be in a lot of trouble of which MSB by extension will be in very hot water
Personally I don’t think so….but you might think the opposite
Time will tell
