You do see right that these are the balance of the total samples collected a while back.
It seems there were delays as all companies had been having and finally now they have all samples asssayed.

All the other proejcts too they have not been doing sampling after sampling, it was once with a number of samples taken then results returned in batches. Now that this is finally returned, they have a plan to drill already.

It does not make sense to have a plan to drill without having sampling done, or a small sample size taken, it will just be a waste of money that.

Lets see what we get out of this with drill results, looks very interesting, especially that there is mining license granted already on a portion of the project.
