Ann: Proposed issue of securities - AW1, page-7

Time for a change. These guys are just destroying value at the moment. Yes, the projects are interesting, but burning through cash and not creating value is not the way to go. They need to respond to the market and take some time to think about their next move. Here's a suggestion...get new management and a Board which has market credibility as these guys have lost all their credibility. If they do not make a change their next raising will be at 2c and they will be faced with raising smaller and smaller amounts of money. As I said on the other thread that will just be a race to the bottom. Let's see if they can respond to the changing conditions.
