Well right on que it looks like directors are buying up.
My 2 cents - I do think this stock has a tiny bit further to fall, looks like central banks around the world have underestimated inflation and I don’t think markets are pricing in more than just 2/3 interest rate rises.
That being said, a 5% yield for a growth stock is unheard of and when (hopefully soon) the macro environment sorts itself out, if DDR can pick up where it left it’ll be an incredibly ride.
