This makes no sense. Even before the latest ann. CXZ had more money than they could spend, hence the return to shareholders via on market share repurchases. The latest ann (if you accept at face value) should actually increase their surplus funds generation - ie. buybacks should increase. Why would they need to raise capital from shareholders when they're generating surplus capital which is being returned to shareholders?
