I'm referencing the VMC Ann from 2018 when they option the project, which is referenced directly by RXL.
the OYZ option fee has a nsr paid in arrears to the vendor for any gold sold where GP above US$900/oz and shall be equal to 0.5% nsr
the st Clair option has the same conditions but equal to 0.3% nsr
basically RXL paid VMC to complete the deal, VMC clipped 30% on the way through. It's a bad deal structure unless you're VMC
There is no mention the half doz announcements if or when this condition was extinguished. It should be listed in the Jorc table 1 section 2 under tenements.
unless you can direct me to where the royalties were extinguished?
