Of course it's saying that. And the implication is to drop the standard care.
Just like dropping the aGVHD treatment with steroids, that's also standard care.
Dropping them both is a logical inference in the face of success without them.
(But not according to the disinformation squad in here. you have to wonder if they have a competition between them who can make the most absurd claims))
