Groundhog, can you elaborate on what you would say are the big successes of the current management, or at least why you are happy with the performance? Have you spoken to them?
Presentations don’t say anything. No explanation for the poor metrics or increased remuneration. For a poorly valued company they are doing zero to educate the market or gain prospective shareholders.
