This happens regularly for various indexes/ETFs. LIT, URA, REMX, MSCI, S&P etc etc. WBT is thinly traded. Just because something is being added doesn’t mean you’ll get a reaction like you’ve seen today in the match. Sometimes there is negative surplus on the match. It’s no crystal ball. All I will say, beware post inclusion. Disclosure: I’m front side short as of yesterday and today.
