Chemist Warehouse have a 20% blocking-stake and the Company has been turned around and this year will report without last years's 'accounting' impairment of $3oM.
A dividend of 3c is not unrealistic - what does that do the SP?
Pharma is non-elastic in inflationary times particularly where the Gvt. has heightened entitlement to cheap meds.
I expect CW to take them over at $1 plus per share.
Might also be an opportunity for CW Private to realise their value on-market.
