can't blame them for putting it out, wouldn't you hurry it out today if you had it close - probably a quick call to the minister (whack the stamp on it please we are sinking!)
Anyway - resident phosphate nutter buying today at 32.5 - but obviously I have no clue so the market tells me. Then again so do my kids :-)
