Hi Formoso,
Go way from the AMP threads for 6 months and nothing seems to have changed.
Still the price hasn't collapsed as I thought it would . 1.12 to 1.04 nothing in amp world.
With so little movement I presume they decided not to do the buyback .
Have all the sales settled?
If they have given out the special dividend , the sp is holding up very well ,post that sort of payout.

I was always a bit scared that management would piss that extra cash against the wall , the cynic in me presumed that any cash from amp to shareholders would be an accident , but i am sure it all turned out ok.
Haven't read anything in the papers about the class action , cant still be going , so I presume AMP won and the advisors got zilch.
Look forward to looking in again in 6 months.
