Croc, This is what you don't understand or refuse to acknowledge...WKT has to walk before it can crawl.... talking about growing is folly when you cannot even guarantee at this point the plant will be built or that it will perform as expected.
Assuming WKT manages to build the plant, then we have the questions about whether basket prices will meet DFS... not the average price over LOM, but enough to keep the doors open for the first few years.
Nothing that WKT has done to date indicates that you can trust the DFS or the management.
This is your madness.
