Yep - exactly right.
Was a bit strange to not get a Dec-22 valuation on any of the buildings... but better than admitting you have lost $10-$15M in just 6 months of ownership.
Also fairly concerning that the mgmt presentation focus is all on "growing FUM", "leasing reaming space".
As for "closing the gap to NTA" -- very quiet on this one!!
They have Buckley's chance of growing FUM for 2-3 years until Share price is +20% where it is now, and their would any interest in a cap raise. Or trying to increase gearing on their assets.
