    Net churn 8% for HY (0.08 * 65/2 = 2.6m)
    14% of lost revenue was operational issues (lost deals) ~ 3.65m
    Terminatiing (2-way) R&D partnerships also. Clearly stated this wasn't reseller partners. I can only imagine these were prior (development deals) where LVT got revenue for dev that was (incorrectly) booked as ARR, though probably only paid for a year then never renewed.
