There is no price imo. Because whatever price is, it becomes a nail in the coffin.
If you issue $10mil at 5c to keep the lights on and then in 6months or a year you have to go back and tap the market for the equity of $20mil to $50mil will it be the same 5c or lower? And what's the new SOI then.
People were saying 20c upside with the cancelled raise. What does the new upside become 10c?
