That green shoot quickly withers and dies when you see the $20.7m charge in relation to the convertible note. Not to mention more upcoming legal costs with ASIC now suing them plus the class action.
The really sickening thing to me is that it looks like the owners and note holders have set themselves up nicely to grab the Milklab business when this thing falls apart.
