What the stage 3 cuts do is align wage earners to the tune of $200k with high income earners to at least that extent.
$200k wage doesn’t make someone rich in todays society I wouldn’t have thought.

A 200k wage may not qualify someone as"rich" but managed well it is certainly comfortable for most.
