PLL pre battery day - killer!

Yeh 2023 is certain to be a huge year for Novonix. I've done too much research on the DoE loan stuff now - it's a certainty for us IMO, I'm just looking forward to seeing how much we get. Thought experiment: imagine after 12+ months of dd, the DoE hands out $150mil of free money to Novonix because its product is so important to the US's strategic goals, then they also ask them to formally submit a loan application to fund the remainder of the project... but then decide not to loan them money. At best they would look a bit silly for offering $150 mil in grant money!! At worst they would be deemed completely incompetent for failing to realise the US needs NAM to have a hope of making 900gwh+ by 2030.
