So am I right in thinking that Rudd is increasing tax for the resources sector but actually lowering it for the financial one?
The same sector that failed to pass on the RBA's final rate cut as well passing on cuts less tha the RBA and also increasing rates by more than the RBA's 25 points recommendation?
