Once again.. they will not pay out more than what they have earnt... they have a policy that states that pay out a certain %, and I am 99.99% convinced it will not be 1.5c or above.
Remember, you need to have tens millions cash on hand to run a business like this. If Mn prices drop we may need to run at a loss for a period of time. In addition depending on their new strategy, they may need additional cash for acquisitoon or growth.
