my best "guess" is this will be cash for Ocean Hill.....who knows???
With STX pushing forward on all fronts, perhaps Talon now see a short time line to production at OH and are happy to pay the premium they weren't happy to pay before.
Also, with STX in such a hurry, if they farm out to TPD the project gets up, but they use less of their own cash to do so. TPD have proven to be good JV partners to STX!
There are lots of reasons why STX have possibly made TPD an offer they can't refuse.....
