This is a lagging indicator, but it certainly show the pattern that the Shorters are increasing their positions.
They decided to change their strategy from the 9th of Feb - I'm not too sure why.
Since the 9th of Feb, they have added ~12m outstanding short positions.
Unfortunately, I'm expecting that percentage of shorted to go up
The acceptance of BLA paperwork should put a dint in this Shart strategy!
