Yawn....the key point there is 'once drilling starts'. If its not too hot then it is too wet! Seems as though it needs to be 25 degrees and 20% humidity with wind of less than 10km/h for 3 consecutive days before they even considering drilling...otherwise they blame the weather for delaying them. I think it is going to be a long wait ahead yet!
