Robo, I really admire your positive outlook. I'm the opposite. my life experiences have taught me that whatsoever can go wrong, WILL, and I'm (nearly) always prepared for the worst.
Sure, there will be delays, challenges, fine-tunings, and possibly an election on the issue, before it is implemented.
But the uncertainty is going to stuff up our markets, project developments, investment....for some time till all is resolved. This will impact on our livelyhoods somewhat.
One would think the clowns would have dotted the "i"'s & crossed the "t"'s before announcing a silly proposal like that.
I'm certainly not happy with it, but lets wait & see what develops.....
