Historically, I have made most of my money buying during times like these, when the forums are quiet and a bit depressed, sellers outweigh buyers by at least 2 to 1, SP is gradually declining and the Co is on the cusp of major project announcements.... We have the advantage here that we know roughly what those announcements will be, the logging and appraisal of a large oil discovery
