I agree with your comments in this post and also previously where you describe ANP as the best kept secret in town and that they have done well to survive. Over his 20 plus years, Mark has been good at keeping the Company afloat with only minimal staff ...... The previous Chairman, Robert Moses, said ANP would not have survived without Mark (Itsa said).
IMHO he has performed like the heads of many Govt organisations......... he has kept things going along in the same fashion year after year....... but without moving the company into new successful arrangements. The new CEO must be capable of this...... indeed it must be one of his real strengths.
