Needs to be a please explain from Colby, hopefully they host a webinar following the release of the details of the raise / SPP. The investor presentation from 9/2/23 is either very misleading or something major has changed in the last 3 weeks. Obviously Walyering getting pushed back might contribute, but not enough to raise $14 million. You would really hope that TPD aren't so far out of the loop as non-operator that they don't have a proper idea of timelines for this project (and others).
