Easy trade - shorters are capitalising on the discounted CR to drive share price down knowing it’s relatively low risk and there are unlikely to be any announcements until court decision on 5th April. I suspect they will cover in the lead up to the 5th causing the SP to run up again.
I wouldn’t want to have too many outstanding shorts on the 5th of April. If the result is positive then Talga could gap up on the news and the shorts could be heavily underwater. Release of the County Administrative Board’s submission to the environmental court is a pretty dead giveaway that the permit can be granted with conditions - conditions which Talga have proposed on themselves.
