In answer to your question, all you have to do is what I did...
I rang SER, spoke to Mr Muzzin (Mark, by the way) and he said that OBL get absolutely nothing whatsoever for managing the farmout process for Vic P41. OBL simply want to have a go at finding a farminee.
So now we know.
