No one is going to sell their shares on a low. The $1.21 shares will not enter the market for 12 months, so some have sold ex entitlement to get the discount, but they don't get full replacement and they have to hold or pay a big tax bill. The vultures came in and took the ex entitlement selling. I suspect the savy ones sold half their holdings, to get the best return.
