The lack of volume on the move down in price is a credit to the board and their ability to keep progress/regress to themselves. No I mean this seriously. Any good or bad news leaks would have moved the price up or down on volume (as we have seen previously). This is not happening, although one or two seem to have had enough of this 'death by one thousand cuts'
So at the moment, the we cannot say that the price reflects the value of the company - for better or worse. Only an operations update will help the price to reflect the value. I hope that the delays in providing this is due to the labours of typing and proof-reading a 200 page pdf!
