I think for me I would like to know more about their plan going forward; to keep the company in suspension with little to no information for shareholders is unacceptable, and will harm their chances of securing additional funding in the future.

1) The recent company announcements mention ‘due diligence’ this process has been going for months with no update. Either this is a major transaction (that requires months of preparation) or this is a delay tactic, possibly until the sale of the Wangara property.

2) If this is to take advantage of changes to legislation in Germany, could you provide more information on the upcoming changes and how as a company you plan to take advantage. What is the benefit for shareholders?

3) The animal health pipeline. A proposed acquisition or disposal, provides little to no information. Is there a disposal or an acquisition? The wording in the announcements provides no detail on the future of these products. Does the company have no strategic plan?

4) Eurocann. AC8 has provided a significant amount of funding, how does this fit into the plan going forward? Updates on both the Merchant website and Eurocann mentions listing in the near future. Can AC8 holders have an update on what this means? The information is available publicly, it is the companies duty to inform shareholders.

I’m sure a few would be keen to know how AC8 is going to find themselves going forward etc. I’ll leave those questions for somebody else to ask.

P.S Yes it is also unacceptable the former CEO was able to (on full pay) attend a trashy reality TV show. I’m sure we are all stoked for Layton in his quest to find love, but should we have paid for the privilege as shareholders. Completely unacceptable and again highlights major concerns and perhaps a legal course of action among current holders.
