Duicorp you have to look past those points to the surging revenue and great business plan in place with capable management.
Len has provided loans to the company at a generous rate and own approx 56% of the issues capital, so if he is scamming shareholders, he is scamming himself, Len may have had a shady past but he is deffinately for creating shreholder wealth and that inclued himeself and myself.
You have to bend the rules sometimes to get where you want to go, its a fact of life.
