Honestly, you make great points. But this is a speculative exploration company, they have to raise cash to keep the lights on. If you didn't know that prior then you certainly do now. And this is where the decision comes in today, if you have arrived at the $1.5 figure in say 5 years, would you be happy with that, is the risk vs reward there? I can't answer that for you. I couldn't see them diluting by another 420 million shares. Probably half of that though. But I am only guessing.

Personally, I don't invest based on fundamentals, I have a small parcel in a long term account to keep myself interested here, I do believe the gold sector is due for a good bull run in the next few years, Nova is positioned well for that IMO. The chart needs to show signs of life before I even consider becoming seriously invested here again.
