Its producers at this stage. There are incentives to find resources mooted. RMG is in a good position. Copper will always be needed.
RMG will be definitely looking offshore and hopefully they can get a 10 year tax free mining concession from a country like Senegal in Africa to mine resources in exchange for building valuable community infrastructure, education and welfare facilities that would otherwise not happen.
Mining companies will now look at overseas projects to obviate the Rudd Dirty Tax Grab on local miners.
Mr Sheen is very very short sighted it would seem - Mr Myopic!!
