SPL was looking for a replacement CFO. Possibly got offered more there. SPL has a number of CSL ex employees and he spent some time there also. The only worry is I think SPL is a bit of a basket case (I do own some shares) so I'm not sure what he sees there except the money?? As long as PAR have a competent CFO it's rather insignificant in the whole scheme IMO. CEO or MD different so I hope PAR have the right one into the future. GLTA
