It won’t be a straightforward SHA agreement IMO.
I think it will be a new agreement replace the previous binding agreement with new terms. The TH could say it’s regarding SHA sign up with TE OR provide additional time to finalize the SHA sign up. But it only says related to last year’s binding agreement with TE.
It might stop signing up SHA for JV - which is bad
But meantime announce a new updated agreement with TE replacing all previous conditions for moving forward.
as long as TE still in the game then we should be fine.
