A strategic cornerstone investor paying a premium should have a positive effect, like BHP paying a premium to the share price in order to have a large stake in Filo Mining. Although my underatanding is that happens when the cornerstone investor requires a large number of shares but they are so tightly held they cant get them on market. Obviously with SYA shares are easy to come by on market, so i doubt that situation would apply here
