    Don’t think 10% for a bank funded facility is likely in current environment.

    The $40m facility Strike got was 11% coupon plus bank bills swap rate - which for 30 days is currently 3.41% (6 months is 3.95%) so range from 14.41% to 14.95%.

    Strike would have more financial muscle than TPD.
