Well said.....we can't just ignore this. If you were sitting on a gold mine, you wouldn't go off prospecting elsewhere.
We trumpeted the appointment of these people, Jeannie, Marco, Justin. Why can't our company retain people at the management level? A coincidence or is there something else going on here?
