the Chinese and Russians , well the Russian Mafia are embedding themselves in African countries the Chinese are already in Nambibia and I would suggest they have almost buckleys and no chance of disrupting the UAE, we are living in an e=nergy based curency war so maybe most are affected and thus the inflation ofn resources given around 30% of costs here in Australia are energy based , Namibia relatively small lower energy cost processing and UAE well thats direct access to low cost energy probably one of the lowest energy cost nations in the world and going to get cheaper with Hydrogen supply for the world market and their own energy along with solar all coming into play, so wether the BOD had foresight or just luck it all looks pretty good for LPD
