The ony thought I would have on FTS as being the source of the capital raise is, that while being a good option for a mining company that IS NOT expecting income in the short term (and I've had a couple of others use that route to raise funds, the most recent being CRR), it is not such a good option for companies that are expecting income. Essentially offering FTS to (Canadian Investors only) is MONETIZING a tax benefit now for expenses the company could claim against income later.

That said, using FTS would work for Moblan drilling, preparation of site for concentrator constructor (e.g. pre stripping) but not any depreciatable property though and that's before the PFS has been released so maybe a link there (whio knows). Could be used for SYA contribution to SYQ for its share of Jourdan's Vallee project drilling - but that's a small amount of capital.. same commentary to NAL resource expansion.
