Well IMO it's sort of like this. If your selling your car and you only have one person interested, that person can make you an offer you either accept or not sell it. He wont up his offer he will make you sweat .

CE is slowly getting his way.

IMO if MIN dont get to 80% they will close this offer, which i believe has to happen now that the final offer and best Announcment.
then one of two things.
He waits 4 months to make a new offer to get the rest.
and/or puts in for a CR to dilute SH.
he can buy on market 3% every 6 months, this i doubt will happen as CE wants 100% and nothing less IMO
