Well aren't you a fiesty thing this morning. You know nothing, especially about me. Why would I be "scared to death" of the Amos paper mill and what SYA may or may not do with it. If the paper mill purchase is a qualifying expenditure under the FTS rules then I think its a great idea. I think its a great idea (FTS) period when raised at the proper time for the proper use. I want SYA to be in a strong position.

I don't only hold PLL - and I can't understand why you appear so scared to death of their activities either as a JV partner or their other projects. North America is short Lithium. I invest accordingly. What I am concerned with (from SYA perspective) is what LAC is doing (and since I hold LAC I'm excited by their win and start of construction of Thacker Pass). P1 is 40Ktpy of Carbonate (1st production 2026) and P2 is another 40Ktpy. Capital Intensity for that overall project comes in at $5K/t and then overall operating cost.
